Bethany’s hometown of Danbury offers a wide range of great lodging options—we recommend the Hampton Inn, Residence Inn, Courtyard, Hilton Garden Inn, or Holiday Inn Express. They’re close to both of our venues, and if you decide to make a weekend of your stay, you'll be only an hour from New York City.
What I love most about Ryan is his genuine joy and excitement for life. He has a great sense of humor and never fails to make me laugh. Ryan will drop everything for his friends and family and is the friend that everyone feels comfortable calling at any hour to help them; I speak from experience! He truly enjoys serving others and using his talents (he has many!) for the Lord and other people. I appreciate Ryan’s love for the good old US of A, good design and branding, playing guitar, and all things mid-century modern, but mostly I appreciate that he is able to bring me out of my comfort zone, help me be more “myself,” and point me to the Lord. Ryan’s my best friend and I’m honored and excited to be his wife!
Anyone that knows Bethany appreciates her kind and gentle spirit—she is often the voice of compassion and jolt of positivity for everyone around her. It’s been said that there is an “oldest child” type, and I have always thought that this common part of our personalities makes getting along easier all the time. There is perhaps no one else I know who so genuinely conveys love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Additional highlights include her awesome family, her height (shorter than me), her bangin’ chicken parm, and her love of seeing new places and trying new things. I am so fortunate to be with her and can’t wait for our future together as a married couple.
